Bradley Hatch Jewellers is one of our retail members and is situated in Wroxham, at the heart of the Norfolk Broads. We spoke to Beth, marketing assistant at Bradley Hatch to find out a little more about the business, its involvement with charity work and exceptional customer service, which gained them our August retailer of the month.
Bradley Hatch Jewellers has been committed to quality and service since 1994. Bradley’s life-long love of fine jewellery, combined with the team’s dynamic skill set, has created an excellent reputation across the county.
The store offers a wide variety of high quality new and pre-owned jewellery, watches, giftware, and more. Ranging from engagement and wedding, silver jewellery, fine jewellery, and various homeware such as jewellery storage, precious ornaments, and clocks. You can also shop your preferred popular brands, as well as discover your new favourites.
But Bradley Hatch Jewellers is not limited to sales. The business is passionate about helping its customers to achieve their unique jewellery dreams; they offer a bespoke in-house design service that goes above and beyond to bring your ideas to life! An example of this service includes a gorgeous pendant that was created for one of our fabulous customers, designed to incorporate stones from a multitude of her sentimental jewellery. The result showcases a stunning scattered design that holds our customer’s memories close to her heart.
From the sales team, service staff, main office and in-house workshop, Bradley credits teamwork as the key to success. “Hard work, attention to customer care and satisfaction, and the maintaining of a wide range of high-quality products have together enabled me to build an excellent reputation, both locally and further afield,” said Bradley. The business also believes that being active in the community and with charities is key to success.
Tell us more about your involvement with local charities
“We are enthusiastic about not just supplying the community with our services, but actually giving back to the community as much as possible. For us, this means working closely with local businesses such as Capron & Halliwell, Wroxham & Hoveton Lions, and Stalham Town FC, to provide for their annual charity raffles. We also regularly supply items for charity auctions, with some recent examples including Alzheimer’s Research UK, Sea Palling Independent Lifeboat, and East Anglian Air Ambulance.”
How would you like to to see the business grow in the next 12 months?
“In the next 12 months we intend to debut our new website design that allows us to elevate our presence online. But more that anything, we aim to sustain the relationship that we already have with our valued customers and continue to offer them the personal service that they enjoy. Our customers are so important to us, and it shows when we see three generations of one family come to the shop to see us – they call us their family jeweller.”
Tell us about being part of the CMJ
“We would recommend a CMJ membership to any jeweller! We really treasure the opportunity to connect with suppliers and with other retailers, for example at the fantastic CMJ Trade Events that allow us to network with a huge variety of like-minded brands and traders. As an independent jeweller, we also feel that the CMJ seal-of-approval assures our customers that we are a trustworthy, high-quality business.”
