Town Talk granted Royal Warrant by His Majesty The King

Approved CMJ supplier of silver polishers and jewellery cleaners, Town Talk has received prestigious recognition of its quality and excellence with the issuance of a Royal Warrant.

The King’s Warrant will begin appearing on Town Talk packaging within the next 12 months, offering a unique opportunity for UK-based jewellers to elevate their jewellery cleaning range.

A study from Walpole and Brand Finance looked at the perceived value of the Royal Warrant among UK consumers and showed that nearly two-thirds of British consumers are aware of Royal Warrants “and associate them with British heritage, trustworthiness, and superior quality.” It was also found that customers are willing to pay more for brands with a Royal Warrant, with over a third seeing it as a mark of a ‘Premium Brand’.

As Town Talk celebrates its 130th anniversary in 2025, this honour comes at a significant milestone for the company. Since 1895, Town Talk has been dedicated to offering the highest quality jewellery cleaners on the market, ensuring that customers’ precious items remain in pristine condition.

Andrew Smyth, managing director and grantee of the Royal Warrant, commented: “The grant of the King’s Warrant is a huge source of pride for Town Talk employees and is a testament to their ongoing dedication and hard work. We are delighted to continue our association with the Royal Family and to maintain our commitment to British manufacturing, quality, and sustainability.”
