The Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ) has expanded its membership with the addition of retailer Miltons Diamonds.

Miltons Diamonds has two stores in Liverpool and St Helen’s and was established more than 100 years ago. It is still a family-owned business and is now being run by the fourth generation of the family.

Amber Saunders, CMJ Director of Membership Development, said: “Miltons Diamonds is a progressive independent retail jeweller with a successful and thriving business. It also has a comprehensive business plan that will take the company to the next level. We believe that Miltons Diamonds will be a great addition to the CMJ and we are delighted to welcome them to the family in the year that we resume our physical Trade Events and finally celebrate our 40^thanniversary.”

Miltons Diamonds has taken advantage of the CMJ’s new six-month membership trial, which allows a retailer to work together with the CMJ and enjoy all of the benefits of CMJ membership with no obligation on either side at the end of the period.

The CMJ was recently awarded Service Supplier of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards 2021. It is the largest specialist jewellery and watch buying group in the UK and Ireland, with almost 150 retailer members.
