#WatchWednesday – introducing Briston, Roamer and Leff Amsterdam

Introducing three exciting watch brands from CMJ’s new watch supplier, Time and More. Briston, Roamer and Leff Amsterdam offer some impressive best-selling pieces which we are going to explore in more detail as part of our #WatchWednesday feature.

Briston

Briston is a French brand born out of a very British spirit. From the dreaming spires of Oxford and Cambridge and from boat races gliding past cricket pitches and polo fields, this sporty chic spirit has been the epitome of British style since Queen Victoria. This chic yet casual lifestyle and its occasional quirkiness was also a great inspiration for the β€œpreppy” style that originated in the Ivy League universities on the east coast of the United States.

It is this spirit, combined with its watchmaking DNA, that gives Briston its unique style. Working with innovative materials, such as cellulose acetate, and colours give Briston watches their distinctive look. Briston also offers the perfect balance between a contemporary β€œtimepiece” and a chic accessory – casual but resolutely and thoroughly accessible.

Leff Amsterdam

Industrial, raw and uncomplicated, yet because of that, stylish, unique and desirable. The Leff Amsterdam collection came together through wanting to create a brand not constricted by commercial reasoning, and using known and unknown designers, the range was born. Leff offers watches of course, but also clocks and audio products which are well received across the range of customers they supply.

Introducing the Brick clock by Leff Amsterdam

Indeed the best selling line is actually the β€˜Brick’ table/wall clock which has numbers that flip over at the mid point to alter the time. Very retro, and it seems to sell to people who β€˜just have to have it’, which is remarkable for a clock that retails for around Β£300, but its very unlikely anyone else you know will have one. It comes in Steel, Black, White and Brass finishes, all with black face details except the steel version which can be ordered with either black or white face detail. Dimension wise the Brick clock is 36cm (w) x 15.8cm (h) and 12.2cm (d), so is a substantial piece. All Brick clocks are 24 hour also.

Additionally, Leff Amsterdam offers watches, again minimalist and uncomplicated from Β£145-Β£309, and other clocks and audio products also in the same colours as the Brick clock, so all compliment each other.
