60% of retailers who visited the Hot Diamonds stand at the CMJ August Trade Event ordered the new Hot Diamonds ‘Celebrations Counter Top’ retail unit. This made it the most successful CMJ show for the silver and diamond jewellery brand in recent years.
Andrew Lewis, Head of International Sales explains: “From the start of the show, to the end, we were constantly engaged with retailers who were very keen to see our new retail unit ‘in situ’. The positivity surrounding the Counter Top was extraordinary and our show conversion rate of visitors to counter top orders was 60%.
This is the best conversion rate we have achieved at any show for a new concept. The only reason given by retailers for not taking the unit was that they did not have the counter top space for it. We are now busy developing a podium solution which will enable these retailers to order the unit as well.”
Head of Commerce, Adryan Cresswell said: “We have greatly enjoyed developing our ‘Celebrations Counter Top’ retail unit in recent months. Every detail has been carefully considered and we are really pleased with the outcome. It is wonderful to hear that retailers are responding so positively to it, and we really hope it helps convert lots of sales over the Christmas season for our retail partners.”
