Trade Events
The CMJ holds its weekend trade events twice a year, attracting a footfall of over 500 people to its two day trade exhibition, networking events and gala dinner.
To read more about which suppliers have confirmed so far for the Spring Trade Event, held on Sunday 4th and Monday 5th March 2012, members should log in here.
Over a hundred CMJ approved watch and jewellery brands exhibit at the shows, including some of the best known international brands and most respected UK companies, wholesalers and up-and-coming designers.
These include international jewellery brands Hearts on Fire, Roberto Coin, Baccarat and Hans D Krieger through to watch brands that include Bulova, Technomarine, Raymond Weil, TW Steel, U-Boat, Skagen, Citizen and Seiko. And our UK suppliers include Gecko, Domino, Brown & Newirth and Clogau Gold. Also exhibiting are some of the UK's best selling fashion branded jewellery and watches, such as Ti Sento, Guess and Gc, Swarovski, Daisy Jewellery and Hot Diamonds.
We also strongly support new designer talent, offering a platform for up and coming designers to exhibit at our shows, introducing our retailers to some of the hottest new names in the industry, such as Tomasz Donocik, Fei Liu, William Cheshire, David Webdale, FSA and Claire English.
Many retailers say that the twice annual Buying Meetings are one of the great benefits of belonging to The Company of Master Jewellers:
"It's the best value selling show we go to: we can see all the suppliers we need over the weekend, make new contacts and also attend useful networking meetings and social events," said Terry Lett, of Terence Lett Jewellers in Oxfordshire.
And being a CMJ approved supplier also has its benefits. Don't take our word for it – this is what some of our suppliers say:
