New diamond jewellery brand Rarever Jewels launched at Couture London this week, while other international jewellery brands made their London debut at the one-day showcase in Bond Street.
Couture London brought fine jewellery designers and brands from across the world to show their collections to leading jewellery buyers, luxury press and private clients at the invitation-only event on Old Bond Street on 12 June.
Now in its third year, Couture London is hosted by jewellery and watch specialist PR agency FACETS PR. VIP buyers, luxury press and private clients were invited to the exclusive event, with a champagne afternoon tea and reception provided by Laurent Perrier and Artisan du Chocolate.
Fine jewellery brand Rarever Jewels used the event to launch the brand and received positive reactions from both press and buyers, who praised the quality of craftsmanship and the outstanding creativity in design. Rarever Jewels is a British brand and the jewellery is created using their own rough diamonds which have been cut and polished specifically for their jewellery, which is manufactured by exceptional craftsmen from around the word. Using a variety of diamond cuts, including rose-cuts, briolettes and trillions, Rarever Jewels pieces also incorporate unusual settings which allow the diamonds to move within the pieces.
Other exhibitors at the event were Italian fine jewellery brand Marco Bicego, whose Africa Constellation collection introduces the light of diamonds to the brand’s signature organic, hand-engraved finish, and Satta Matturi Fine Jewellery from Botswana, whose high-quality statement jewellery uses responsibly sourced diamonds and other precious stones from around the world. London fine jewellery brand Savage & Rose launched its wholesale collections at the event, offering retailers an exclusively curated nine-piece Ornate collection of bespoke, one-of-a-kind diamond jewellery that perfectly embodies the brand’s feminine, timeless, modern style.
Speaking after the event, Sarah Carpin, Founding Director of FACETS PR, said: “It was a privilege to host so many truly original and spectacular jewellery collections at Couture London. It was our most successful event ever and we are now looking at expanding this concept to other markets and to develop Couture London into a two-day event in 2019.”
