Cheshire-based independent jewellers Neil & Barker has raised £1,000 for local charity Halton Haven Hospice following the festive period.
Their Pandora store in the Green Oaks shopping centre raised the funds by sponsoring a Christmas tree and decorating it with Pandora baubles as well as running in-store promotions and bucket collections for the charity.
Director of Neil & Barker and Pandora Widnes Michael Aldridge, as well as the Pandora Widnes store manager Helen, handed over the cheque to the local charity last week (Friday 2 February) with the following caption “A very worth while cause that all of us here in the Neil and Barker family were proud to lend our support to.”
Halton Haven Hospice mission is to care for people living with life-limiting illness by providing safe, specialist end of life care and supporting their families.
