Independent CMJ retailer Allum & Sidaway and CMJ suppliers Swarovski and WB The Creative Group were all huge winners at last night’s UK Jewellery Awards, which took place at the Hilton Park Lane yesterday (June 29).
Dorset based Allum & Sidaway scooped two awards, winning both Best Store Environment (for its new Salisbury store) as well as the coveted Retailer of the Year (five stores or fewer) award.
CMJ retailers Drakes Jewellers and Pressleys bagged the two brand new awards this year, with Drakes winning Marketing Campaign of the Year for its #JustBecause campaign and Gemma Clive from Pressleys winning Retail Sales Star.
WB The Creative Group also walked away with two awards, winning both Ethical Jewellery Business of the Year and Supplier of the Year award for its fine jewellery business Domino.
Global jewellery giant Swarovski also picked up an award, winning Jewellery Brand of the Year while Seiko won Watch Brand of the Year.
Welsh jewellery brand Clogau broke previous moulds and scooped the prestigious Retailer of the Year (six stores or more) award.
